One thing I have learned more than ever, through opening up online, is that more people than we may realize have been deeply wounded in what is often referred to as "The Lord's Recovery." I wish all of us could get together and listen and heal... Eventually we WILL all be together one day... and for eternity. By then there will be no more tears and no more pain. We will be healed.
I just saw a timely email in my inbox today, from Julie Roy's website, roysreport.com, about her recent podcast episode on collective trauma, called "The Body of Christ Keeps the Score."
Wow.
I highly recommend it. And if anyone is going to the Restore 2025 Conference, I'll be there; perhaps we can meet up!
